Return Policy

Hassle-free returns for purchases within 14 days on most products less the cost of shipping. Everything we do is backed by our customer satisfaction guarantee – if your order isn’t perfect, we’ll take it back and give you an even exchange or store credit when the original receipt is presented within 14 days after the date of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Product(s) purchased during a sale are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exchange Policy

If it is past 14 days, no more than 30 days, you may exchange the item for the same item (if in stock, or another item with same value). Must present original receipt at time of exchange. Exchanged items will be reviewed by our Return Department. Exchanges typically take 2-3 days to process once item is returned.

Despite our best efforts, items may occasionally be damaged in transit. We recommend that you inspect the outside and contents of all cartons received. For assistance contact us immediately.
